GETTING STARTED

How to Get Started:

 

  1. Visit our Homepage: Go to Quinceanera.rsvp.
  2. Register: Enter your email address in banner. You will receive a registration link via email.
  3. Sign Up: Click the registration link and fill out the sign-up form with your details.
  4. Log In: Once registered, log in with your email and password to start creating your invitation page.

Invitation Page

Steps to Create Your Invitation Page:

 

  1. Log In: Access your account by logging in.
  2. Create New Invitation: Click on the “Create Your Website”.
  3. Start Customization: Upload Background Picture of Page.
  4. Customize Your Page:
    • Event Title: Enter the title of your event.
    • Description: Add a detailed description of your event.
    • Date and Time: Set the date and time for your Quinceañera.
    • Location: Enter the venue details.
    • Photos: Upload photos to personalize your invitation.
  5. Save: Save your changes to create your invitation page.

Dashboard

Navigating Your Dashboard:


  1. Overview: Your dashboard provides an overview of your events, including upcoming and past invitations.
  2. Manage Invitations: Click on any invitation to view details, edit information, or check RSVPs.
  3. RSVP Notifications: Monitor guest responses in real-time. The dashboard will notify you how many guests have accepted your invitation.
  4. Share Your Invitation:
    • Social Media: Share your invitation page directly on social media platforms using the share buttons.
    • QR Code: Generate a unique QR code for your invitation page and share it on social media or print it on your event materials.
    • Unique Link: Copy your event’s unique URL and share it via email or messaging apps.

Account Help

Managing Your Account:


  1. Profile Settings: Access your profile settings from the dashboard to update your personal information and change your password.
  2. Forgot Password: If you forget your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email to receive a password reset link.
  3. Update Email: To change your email address, go to your account settings, enter the new email, and confirm the change via the verification email sent to your new address.
  4. Delete Account: If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team through the “Contact Us” form on the website.
